SportHQ is a performance training facility that specializes in youth performance training, futsal and soccer supplemental skill development. Their objective, like Trinity's is to create a fun, family-friendly environment for youth of all ages to develop confidence and athleticism. SportHQ works in conjunction with Trinity to supplement our players outdoor club practices during the season. SportHQ's goal is to bridge the gap between team practices and individual development. Led by former professional Kupono Low, the SportHQ program will help build upon your technical foundation. SportHQ provides Trinity players a discounted rate for these services as part of our partnership. In addition, when 8 or more Trinity players from a team combine together, there is an additional discounted group rate.

SportHQ Athlete Development

Ages 14 and Under

Advanced Athletes

For our serious athletes, SportHQ can provide you a place to sharpen your skills to prepare you for your best season yet. They work through advanced strength training techniques, elite level speed and agility work, and intensive conditioning drills to keep your mind and body performing at peak potential.
